Welcome to the 2022 HIWG Conference and Banquet registration page! Hawaii Wing is looking forward to welcoming everyone to Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam on Oahu!
The Conference will take place at the Binnicker PME Building on Hickam AFB on Saturday, September 10th. Check-in starts at 0800, the General Assembly starts at 0830, and classes run all day from 0930 to 1600.
The Banquet will be held at the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum on Ford Island. Doors open at 1830, followed by a silent auction, dinner at 1900, a live auction, and the Change of Command Ceremony. After dinner entertainment will be provided by DJ Ron.
Hawaii Wing is also pleased to offer a partial hybrid conference this year. This will allow CAP members who are unable to attend in-person an option to virtually attend many of the classes offered during the Conference via their HIWG Teams Account. Please see the Schedule section of this page for further information on the selection of classes that will be offered with a virtual attendance option.
Everyone age 16 or older will need access to Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam to attend the conference and banquet. If you do not already have access to JBPHH (DOD ID card, Active Duty Military, DBids card, etc.), please let us know on the registration portion of this site. Your information will be added to an event list used to allow entry on base at the gate. Note: your CAP ID card will not guarantee you base access.
The highlight of the evening will be Hawaii Wing's Change of Command Ceremony! Please join us in celebrating Col Chantal Lonergan's distinguished four years of service as the outgoing Wing Commander and Col (select) Stacy Haruguchi as he assumes command as the Hawaii Wing Commander.
Location and Directions
Bus transportation will be provided for the Banquet at the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum from 5-7 pm and the return trip from 9-11 pm on the evening of Saturday, September 10th. Buses will pick up and drop off at Hawaii Wing Civil Air Patrol Headquarters at 419 Lele Street.
